- Liaising and educating clients about the real estate industry and our company
- Attending and participating in regular training sessions, both internally and externally
- Assisting in and running presentations and seminars held for our clients
- Working with clients to list their properties and or write purchase contracts.
- Being accountable for your work and servicing your clients to reflect our organization in a positive and professional manner
- Working with other support team members
Qualifications
- Previous Real Estate experience (ideally 1-3 years)
- Completed Realtor Coursework and currently licensed as a Real Estate Agent
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with coworkers and clients in a cross-referral working environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dedication and a positive attitude
- Independent worker with a high level of accountability and responsibility
- Proficiency in verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowing what it takes to be successful, including having the drive, initiative, and accountability to yourself and the company in order to be the best!
Sub-Mortgage Broker - The Roles and Responsibilities

- Administrating the application process and the necessary paperwork
- Being accountable for your work and servicing your clients to reflect our organization in a positive and professional manner

- Previous sub-mortgage broker experience (ideally 1-3 years)
- Completed the sub-mortgage broker course and hold a current sub-mortgage broker's license
- Previous sales experience is a plus (commission based position)
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with coworkers and clients in a cross-referral working environment.
